Adjust the toe box, making sure the heel is facing down. Slide the fabric to the heel. Stretch the stocking by working with your fingers at the back and slide it through. Pull the compression stockings up around your ankle, making sure the toe box is properly positioned and the fabric evenly distributed. Continue pulling the compression stockings up until they are gradually right side out. Slipping the stocking over the fabric makes them much easier to put on.
